SUSPEND
Do you need to take a break? Suspending your membership is the best option for you if you are planning on returning at a later date, as it allows you to keep your current membership rate. (This saves you $10-15/month for life when you resume your membership!)
YOUR NEXT STEPS
We’ll ask your preferred suspension start & end dates (or approximate end date, if known).
Please note we do have a minimum 2-week suspension period.
WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR SUSPENSION
Once you confirm your suspension, we will charge your account in the amount of one month of membership. (Student accounts: we assess a $15 suspension charge in place of this.) This amount is effectively a prepayment for the month you return to the studio. We do not charge additional suspension fees.
When you are ready to return, let us know! If you designated a return date before your suspension, your membership will reactivate automatically - but we’ll send you a reminder to let you know!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my sessions while my membership is suspended?
Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow you to continue taking classes while you are suspended.
I am currently on an unlimited membership, but know this membership option is currently waitlisted. Will I be able to reinstate my unlimited membership when I return?
You may return on an unlimited membership for your first month back, but you may be added to our unlimited waitlist after this point, as we open up unlimited memberships to other waitlisted clients when we have current unlimited members suspend. (Unlimited memberships are in high demand, but unfortunately, we just don't have the capacity to be able to accommodate everyone!)
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time that I can suspend my membership?
We can suspend your membership in 2-week increments. We do ask that you suspend for a maximum of 60 days per rolling calendar year, but may waive this in certain situations.
What is the difference between suspending & cancelling?
Suspending your membership allows you to continue at your same membership rate when you return.
What are my options if I'm injured or need to have surgery?
We do offer free medical suspensions for up to 6 months.
I am a student. Can I suspend for the summer?
Yes, of course!
